中豪抓住中国旅游事业的发展给企业带来的机遇，建立全资旅游公司，大力开发国内外旅

游业务，先后与香港中国光大旅游公司、菲律宾华信公司等国内外机构与企业合作，开展出境

观光旅游、移民投资、留学等咨询业务。中豪着力建立企业的旅游基地，自1993年始在山东威

海乳山银滩旅游度假区投资开发“中豪度假村”。该项目占地面积13.3万平方米，规划总建筑

面积3.3万平方米，拟建造各类别墅、公寓122栋。目前，中豪旅游已基本形成了以“中豪度假

村”为依托，以专线旅游和特色旅游为主导，以大型国内外经贸旅游活动为补充的立体旅游网

络。

　　The Group has established a wholly owned tourist subsidiary to manage the
usiness. It has worked closely with HK China, Everbright Travel Co. and Wha Shun
Co. of the Philippines in areas of out-bound and in-bound tour, immigration and
overseas studies consultancy.

　　 The Group has also built up CG Resort in 1993 at Ru Shan Silver Beach Tourist
Area, located at Weihai of Shandong province. With a total area of 130,000 s.m. and
construction area of 33,000 s.m., the Group plans to build a resort comprised of
122 houses and apartments. Currently, CG Travel has been formed to manage the
resort and focus on thematic and business
