在政府及有关部门的大力支持下，中豪积极组织举办和参与个类交流会、展览会。1993年
，成功筹办了首届中国（天津）房地产交易会，并获得了巨大成功，成交额达4.1亿元，开创了
中国北方房地产交易会的先河，业内人士称之“拉开了天津市房地产市场活跃与繁荣发展的序
幕”。
此后，中豪又在大连、青岛、烟台多次举办房交会，还先后举办了天津台资企业新技术新
产品展览洽谈会、中国体育用品博览会、美国科普教育“巨虫展”、天津国际城市建设与设备
展览会、照明与动力设备技术展、“中豪世纪花园”智能化研讨会及香港何显毅“城市建设与
新生态概念”研讨会。通过这些展览与会议活动，中豪为加强中外经济技术交流与合作、开拓
国际贸易市场及促进科学技术进步和城市建设发展做出了积极的努力和贡献，被国内外企业及
工商人士誉为“信赖的伙伴，合作的桥梁”。
关于国际贸易，中豪已与香港、台湾、韩国、日本、澳洲、美国建立了一个很大的网络，
包括木材、轻工、交通工具、通讯、服装及咨询服务等进出口业务。
With the support from the government, the Group has actively
organized various
kinds of business exchange programs, and exhibitions. In 1993, the
Group has
successfully launched the first China Tianjin Real Estate Trade Fair.
With
transaction volume of RMB400 Million, this event was highly praised
in the industry
of real estate development and paved the way for more similar events
conducted in
Northern China.
The Group also organized similar events in
Dalian, Qingdao and Yantai with
great success. This trade fair concept also extended to different
sectors such as
technology, sports, education and construction equipment. The Group
has also
organized China Golden century Garden digital forum,Town planning
and New Life
forum. Through these activities, the Group has deepened the relationships
with
overseas counterparts and was regarded as a "reliable business
partner and bridge
of co-operation."
As to international trade, it has established a net with H.K., Taiwan,
South
korea, Japan, Australia, Europe and U.S.A including imp & exp
of woods, light
industry, traffictools, communication,garments and consultant services.
