1996年始,中豪全面涉足房地产业。凭籍着对社会的责任感,积极响应政府的号召,参与城市危房改造工程。公司投资开发的第一个项目是位于中国天津市广东路的“中裕园”商住小区。在众多的开发商中,中豪更重项目策划、产品品牌及企业的整体形象。也正因如此,中裕园项目取得了骄人的业绩,建筑面积7.2万平方米的住宅,在交竣入住时出售率达90%。
中豪投巨资开发建设的“中豪世纪花园”项目,是集高档住宅、现代化写字楼、商业步行街、多功能会馆、酒店式公寓于一体的涉外国际社区,总建筑面积18万平方米,总投资6亿元人民币。
中豪注重“以人为本”的人居模式,聘请香港何显毅建筑师楼与天津市建筑设计院担当总体规划设计,通
过合理 的规划和适度超前的设计,在天津地区率先推出中央生活区、国际化社区的居住模式,为天津房地产市场带来了全新的开发思路。
除此之外,中豪不失时机地将地产投资延伸至江苏、山东、山西等地区的中等城市,为公司的战略发展创造了新的机会。
The Group started its property
development business in 1996. with a strong sense of social responsibility
and the request from the municipal government, the group has invested
in the econstruction of Zhong Yu Yuan, a commercial and residential
district located at Guangdong Road. As the Group focused on the
design, brand positioning and the image of the residential district,
it had its most successful property development compared with competitors.
There were 72,000 s.m. of residential buildings and immediate sales
of 98%upon completion.
The Group has invested RMB600 million in developing
"China Golden Century Garden", a total construction area
of 180,000s.m., comprised of luxury residential apartments, modern
office flats, shopping arcades, function rooms and service apartments.
In order to uplift the living environment in the complex,
the Group has invited Mr. Ho H.N., a well known Hong Kong architect,accompanied
with construction Design Academy of Tianjin to be responsible for
the entire design of the project, to roll out the living models
of Central Living District (CLD) and International Society and create
a new era in property development in Tianjin.
As a strategic initiative, the Group also plans to expand
its property development in the near future.
